The Signature Self – Coaching Policies

Session Time & Punctuality

Your coaching time has been intentionally set aside just for you. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please send a text to notify me. Late arrivals are acceptable, but sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

Video Session Environment

For virtual sessions, please join from a quiet, seated location where you can speak freely and without distraction. Sessions will be immediately terminated in the event that the client is not appropriately clothed, or is operating a moving vehicle.

Technical Difficulties

In the event of a technical interruption during a session (e.g., dropped call, internet outage), we will attempt to reconnect promptly. If reconnection is not possible, the remainder of the session may be rescheduled or carried over to the next session at my discretion. We may also convert to a phone session at that time.

Payment Policy

Coaching sessions are paid in advance at the time of booking and can be rescheduled with 24 hour notice. When purchasing a package, the initial session is scheduled at the time of purchase and subsequent sessions will be scheduled when we meet. 

Refund Policy

All coaching purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide 24 hours’ notice. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at my discretion. Individual sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase. Packages must be completed within 180 days of purchase unless otherwise prearranged. If we determine at the time of the intake session that I cannot meet your coaching needs, or that it will not be a good fit, additional packages or sessions can be refunded at that time, minus $250 for a 60 minute intake, or $350 for a 90 minute intake.

Confidentiality 

All coaching sessions are confidential. Personal information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent, except in rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others or court order). Your privacy and trust are deeply respected and protected throughout the coaching relationship.

Legal and Liability Disclaimer

Coaching services are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice or treatment, and there is no doctor-patient relationship implied. By participating, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented process. The Signature Self and its representatives are not liable for outcomes, and by engaging in coaching services, you agree to hold harmless The Signature Self from any claims or liabilities.
